    The Center for Learning & Innovation is a branch of the Population Health Division in the San Francisco Department of Public Health that works to promote a diverse and talented workforce and advance health equity. Our vision is to foster a culture of learning, trust, and innovation. CLI offers technical assistance to branches within the Population Health Division and supports other health departments and community-based organizations in their workforce development efforts.
